Not long after, I was given the opportunity to join a recruitment agency as an Administrator. I took the chance with enthusiasm and quickly discovered a real passion for recruitment and helping people find the right opportunities.
Through dedication, experience, and a strong understanding of both clients' and candidates' needs, I progressed from Administrator to Recruitment Consultant, then Senior Consultant, and eventually Recruitment Manager. Over the last 20 years, I've built extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry, developed strong relationships with businesses across Northern Ireland, and gained a reputation for providing a reliable and professional service.
After spending two decades working in recruitment, I decided it was the right time to create something of my own. With years of experience, trusted industry connections, and a genuine passion for helping businesses and candidates succeed, I founded my own permanent recruitment agency.
